Full Management includes:* Collection of rent.
* Organising emergency repairs.
* Routine property inspections when due.
* Check out inventory check.
* We'll deduct a management fee (10%) each time rent is received.
VIEWINGS AND OFFERS:
Give us chance to arrange viewings where we'll find you suitable tenants. Get instant feedback, receive offers as soon as they're made.
TENANT REFERENCING:
Once you've selected your tenants, we'll carry out the necessary referencing. We'll check their history, or travel documents and will make sure that they can afford the rent.
TENANCY AGREEMENT:
After a tenant has been successfully referenced, we'll prepare your tenancy agreement and get it signed by all the tenants.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
* Once contracts are signed, we'll secure your tenant's deposit with a government approved deposit scheme.
* Completion and handing over the documents to the tenant.
* Upon completion, keys will be handed over to the tenant on moving-in day. For managed properties, we will provide the tenant with contact details of their dedicated Property Manager.

COLLECTING RENT AND STANDING ORDER: * We'll collect the first month's rent and transfer it to you. A standing order will be set up so that your rent gets paid on time, when it's due.
